We’re constantly on the look out for Indian coffees from the small estates in the hilly, coffee growing regions of southern medium India. Each time we taste a good one, we come to the same roast conclusion—they’re full of surprises. Sometimes fruity, sometimes woody, the coffees invariably have hints of spice—be it clove, pepper or cumin. Wonderfully full bodied, their crystal clear finishes make you want to go back immediately for another sip.
