Guatemala Coban

This coffee stood out on the cupping table, having everything we want in a Guatemelan coffee.  Sweet floral aromas, flavors of sweet citrus and wonderfully bright acidity. It is named after the 300 foot waterfall on the farm owned by Horst Spitzke in San Cristobal Verapaz.  The coffee is a mix of Bourbon and Caturra varietals grown between 1,200 and 1,500 meters.
